  • On average RAL owners make $36,000 in monthly revenue and approximately $10,000 in net monthy income from a single assisted living facility.

  • Our lease option program is only available to Optimized Certified operators.

  • Price is determined by a variety of factors including; stability, location, cashflow, bed count etc.

  • No. Our trained and certified operators manage day-to-day operations, as you earn a predictable passive income each month for simply sponsoring the operation.

  • We offer SBA and conventional real estate loans, as well as working capital loans.

  • Most of our lending products require a score of 640+ However we have options available for poor credit borrowers as well.

  • SBA loans are generally attractive to small business owners because of their guaranties and interest rate caps. However, drawbacks include long loan closing processes and collateral requirements. The good news is our Lease to Own program works in a similar way as a SBA loan, without all of the red-tape required in getting approved for a SBA loan.
